Trec Nitrobolon is a powdered creatine “stack”, which combines di-arginine malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and citruline malate with the most efficient forms of creatine. The product has been enriched with components which improve its absorption and also with a special glutamine matrix. Trec Nitrobolon contains creatine, which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recomended use

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 15 g (3 scoops) in 300 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 serving daily.
On workout days: take 1 serving 30 min. before the training.
On non-workout days: take 1 serving 30 min. before your first meal.
