Olimp HMB 450 caps

Olimp HMB Fcontains calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate. The product is intended for physically active persons and high-performance athletes.

HMB has a similar function to asleucine, but is primarily aimed to prevent stress reactions and muscle breakdown. HMB is effective at stimulating the production of lean muscles, fat loss with little muscle loss.

Recomended use

Take 2 capsules 4 times a day, drinking with large amount of water –  before breakfast, before training, after training and before sleep. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.  A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
